OnlyFriends Entertainment: Ticket Buyer Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the OnlyFriends Entertainment platform for the purchase of event tickets. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer (“You”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2. Ticket Purchase and Delivery

• All ticket purchases are final and subject to availability.
• Tickets will be delivered electronically via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the contact information provided is correct at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are only issued if the event is officially cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.
• Platform service fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
• For rescheduled events, ticket holders may opt for a refund or retain their ticket for the new date.

4. Event Entry and Conduct

• Entry is permitted only with a valid, scannable ticket.
• Organizers and venues may request valid identification at the entrance.
• Attendees must follow the event's specific rules and any health or safety protocols in place.

5. Resale and Transfer of Tickets

• Tickets may not be resold for profit unless allowed by the event organizer.
• Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets may result in invalidation.
• Some events may allow transfer of tickets; refer to specific event terms.

6. Platform Liability

• OnlyFriends Entertainment is not responsible for the content, cancellation, or changes to any event hosted by third-party organizers.
• The platform serves as a facilitator and does not control event delivery.
• Any disputes relating to an event must be directed to the respective organizer.

7. Fraud Protection

• All ticket purchases are subject to security screening.
• Suspicious activity may result in cancellation of your order and refund (excluding service fees).
• Do not purchase tickets from unauthorized sellers or unofficial sources.

8. Personal Information & POPIA Compliance

• We collect personal data (name, contact details, payment info) strictly to process your order and communicate relevant updates.
• Your data is securely stored and not shared without your consent unless legally required.
• You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data by contacting: info@onlyfriendsent.com.

9. Communication

• By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive notifications related to the event (confirmation, reminders, cancellations, etc.).
